Fixed monthly pay (soles)
The amount in your contract is the amount in this table for your role and weekly hours. On top of it you receive all legal benefits and a telework allowance of S/ 60 per month.

Gross monthly amounts. Legal deductions (pension system) apply as for any employee.
What comes with the pay
Payroll (planilla)
A real employment contract with Hobbits & Co. Services S.A.C., not receipts for fees.
EsSalud
Health insurance paid by the company. Maternity and sick leave according to the law.
Gratificaciones
Two extra payments a year, in July and December.
CTS
Severance savings deposited in May and November.
30 days of vacation
Paid vacation per year worked.
Telework allowance
A monthly amount for internet and electricity, separate from your pay.
The deal, before you apply
- Metrics are part of the job. Each account has written goals (quality, attendance, response times). If you fall below them, you get a written 30-day improvement plan with support. Repeated low performance can end the contract, as Peruvian law allows.
- If a client leaves, you stay. We move you to another client or to internal work (support, QA, training) with the same pay.
- You work from home. You need a computer, stable internet and a quiet room. A backup connection is a plus.
- Right to disconnect. At least 12 hours between shifts, and no messages outside your schedule.
You read and accept these conditions in your profile; they are written into your contract.
