The fine print, in plain words
The first 2 weeks are a real pilot: agents work your queue and you pay the normal hourly rate. If it is not a fit, you stop there with no penalty.
Month to month. Cancel or reduce agents with 15 days' notice.
20 hours per agent per week. Teams of 3+ have no onboarding fee; smaller teams pay a one-time US$ 150.
Free replacement in the first 30 days; after that, a new agent within 5 business days.
Invoiced in USD at the start of each month, by card or wire transfer. Hours not worked are credited on the next invoice.
Agents sign an NDA and work only inside your tools. HIPAA BAA available for healthcare.
