Who is responsible

Hobbits & Co. Services S.A.C. (RUC 20614502330), Oxapampa, Pasco, Perú, operates FirstLine. Contact: henry@hobbitacademy.net.pe. We process personal data under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 29733) and its regulation.

Companies requesting a quote

We store the company name, contact name, title, work email, phone and the details of the requested service to prepare the quote and the proposal. When a proposal is accepted online we also record the name, email, date and IP address of the person accepting it.

Agents applying for a job

• Account data from Google sign-in (name and email).
• Profile data you enter: phone, city, experience, roles, tools, schedule, home setup and CV.
• English check: your dictation text and its score, your read-aloud recording and your intro recording.
• If hired: ID number (DNI), address and the data needed for payroll and your employment contract.

We use this data to evaluate you, to show an anonymous profile to companies (only if you allow it: code, English level, scores and tools, never your name) and, when a company interviews you, to share your name and recordings with that company. Companies may be located in the United States; sharing your profile with them is an international transfer that you authorize when you accept it.

How long we keep it

Quote data: up to 2 years after the last contact. Applicant data and recordings: while your profile is active, or until you delete it. Employment data: for the periods required by labor and tax law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, cancel or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights) by writing to henry@hobbitacademy.net.pe. Agents can edit or delete their profile and recordings at any time from My profile. You can also file a claim with the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales.

Security

Recordings and CVs are stored in private storage; only you and our recruiting team can open them, through links that expire. Agents sign a confidentiality agreement and work only inside the client's tools.
